Mavis R. Richards
Mavis R. Richards is a Certified Paralegal and has over 25 years’ experience handling all phases of sophisticated estate and trust administration, with an emphasis on fiduciary accountings, and estate, gift, and fiduciary taxation, as well as business, non-profit and family foundation formations. Mavis has worked in both large and small law firm settings, in Iowa and Florida. Mavis provides a broad range of experience in comprehensive estate planning, trust funding, probate, including ancillary estates, and preserving wealth.
Mavis R. Richards graduated from Des Moines Area Community College in Des Moines, Iowa in 1996 with an Associate in Scient degree in Paralegal and as an Accounting/Tax Specialist. Mavis has been a member of the National Association of Legal Assistance, Iowa Legal Assistance Association and Florida Legal Assistance Association.
Outside the office, Mavis enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time at the beach, kayaking, hiking, road-trips, travel, gardening, reading and volunteering.
