Stephen Dennis, JD
Raised in a military household, Stephen lived in several states and became accustomed to establishing new roots and relationships along the way. Before settling in St. Petersburg, where he attended Stetson University College of Law, Stephen learned that hard work, discipline, and a commitment to excellence would lay the foundation for a meaningful career and a devoted family.
Stephen’s practice focuses on trust and estate litigation involving a wide-range of issues such as will and trust contests, improper execution, undue influence, lack of capacity, and fiduciary relationships. While studying law, Stephen worked as a Law Clerk for a local firm specializing in estate litigation and probate administration. He also served as Treasurer of the Labor and Employment Law Association, was a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Association, and a recipient of the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award. Stephen started his career as an attorney in downtown Tampa working in the areas of business litigation and creditor’s rights before joining the team at Legacy Protection Lawyers.
